Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee general warehouse condition.

• Coordinate loading and manifesting of delivery trucks and resolve freight discrepancies.
• Perform daily cycle counts and update maintenance locations.

Responsible to maintain inventory practices which result in inventory accuracy; Responsible for the general condition of the warehouse and shipping/receiving areas for overall cleanliness; Receive and count in-coming freight on the same day items are delivered and properly receive items into Eclipse system; Process orders according to instructions as outlined on the order form; check for proper shipping requirements; must have all orders checked by a co-worker for accuracy. Coordinate and oversee the loading and manifesting of delivery trucks; Review and resolve any discrepancies regarding freight claims; Update product maintenance locations on a daily basis; Accurately complete cycle counts on a daily basis; Inspect and process returns into the warehouse; Review and respond to queues in a timely manner; Coordinate lunch and break schedules for warehouse workers; Reviews individual site performance for the month and year. Facilitates team reviews, quality control/assurance and follow up training.
