Job summary

UPS in Washington state is seeking a Seasonal Supervisor to oversee safety, production, attendance, and team performance. You will train staff, enforce policies, and drive efficiency while maintaining high standards for accuracy and customer service.

Responsibilities include building strong relationships, coordinating training, and promoting a collaborative, safety‑conscious workplace. A bachelor’s degree and management experience are preferred; flexibility and physical capability are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 70 lbs./32 kg.
• Flexible to work up to 5 days per week.
• Strong written and spoken communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in fast-paced warehouse environment preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training for new and current employees.
• Ensures safety policies and procedures are followed at all times.
• Manages department resources for output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment with proactive communication.
• Implements personal development plans for staff.
• Provides orientation and ongoing coaching to department personnel.
