Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. in Irving, TX seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a climate-controlled 15,000 sq. ft.

facility, overseeing inventory, receiving, shipping, and order fulfillment on-site. You will coordinate with 3PLs to ensure accuracy and timely deliveries while maintaining cGMP compliance and a safe environment. The role requires 5+ years of warehouse leadership experience, WMS familiarity (NetSuite preferred), FEFO processing, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in warehouse leadership.
• Experience supervising 5–15 staff.
• 3+ years with a WMS (NetSuite preferred).
• Experience with FEFO processes.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing 3PL relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse activities to achieve operational goals and KPIs.
• Develop and improve warehouse processes and procedures.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Oversee inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Track lot numbers, expiration dates, and inventory levels.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
• Verify order accuracy and maintain receiving/shipping records.
• Partner with logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.
• Work with customer service and sales teams to resolve order issues.
• Manage carrier relationships and shipping costs.
• Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff.
• Foster a positive, high-performance team culture.
• Monitor productivity and report operational performance.
• Collaborate with leadership on process improvements and strategic initiatives.
• Oversee WMS, equipment, and shipping software training.
