Lilly is seeking a Lead Warehouse Specialist – Night to join the WH operations team. You will design processes, support ASRS/AGV, and lead material flow from receiving to shipping while upholding safety and regulatory standards.
You will coach staff, manage workloads, and ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, OSHA, and EPA requirements. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, with knowledge of SAP/EWM a plus.

The Warehouse Specialist will join the WH operations team and support system level detailed design, creation of standard operating processes, material handling and automated storage equipment commissioning (ASRS/AGV) and qualification activities, commercial product validation and ultimately be responsible for the physical handling of material through the receiving processes, storage, campus wide material movement, and product shipment. In addition to providing operational support, the Warehouse Specialist will also provide technical and operational leadership in operations.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is $25.96 - $38.08. Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
