Qualifications
7+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in a technical lead or supervisory capacity.
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
Supervise and mentor a team of software engineers on WCS/WES platforms.
Translate customer requirements into software designs.
Oversee software development activities across multiple projects.
Plan and assign engineering tasks, track progress, and manage risks.
Enforce coding standards and deployment procedures.
Provide technical leadership in WCS/WES architecture.
Participate in customer-facing activities such as design reviews and acceptance testing.
Conduct hiring and performance reviews for direct reports.
