Job summary

Performance Food Group seeks a Warehouse Selector to pick cases and containers from multi-level rack storage, prep for shipment, and maintain accuracy and safety standards. You will operate a forklift/power jack and work within a team to ensure timely, accurate orders.

Responsibilities include coordinating selector tasks, training new staff, and relieving breaks, while keeping the warehouse clean and compliant with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years warehouse or production experience.
• OSHA forklift operator certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review work schedule and prepare supplies for operations.
• Coordinate selector work and assist in training; relieve staff for breaks.
• Operate forklift/power jack to place pallets and locate products per order sheets.
• Transport completed orders to shipping dock; wrap, label and prepare for shipment.
• Maintain count accuracy and inspect products for damage; complete paperwork.
