Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution setting.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate the team and maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Dependable with a strong attendance record and a team-first attitude.
• Comfortable using computers, warehouse management systems, and handheld scanners.
• Experience operating forklifts, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks, or ability to obtain certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse picking operations and ensure orders are accurate and on time.
• Monitor order flow and resolve issues delaying processing.
• Ensure correct products, quantities, and units of measure are picked.
• Provide clear direction and coordinate team coverage.
• Track productivity, quality, and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to improve performance.
• Collaborate with warehouse leadership to address performance and set goals.
• Encourage teamwork and recognize achievements.
• Operate forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners safely.
