Job summary

Cainiao Group in Rancho Cucamonga, CA seeks an experienced Warehouse Operations Leader to drive on-the-floor excellence and end-to-end warehouse processes. You will lead receiving, warehousing, and outbound activities, ensure policy enforcement, and coordinate with internal and external customers to improve service levels.

Ideal candidates will have strong supervision, budgeting experience, and fluency in Mandarin and English to manage diverse teams and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Achieve warehouse performance objectives by establishing on-the-floor daily management methods and pursuing opportunities to reduce costs and improve productivity, aiming to outstanding customer satisfaction by speeding the inbound to outbound cycle and eliminating errors.
• Maintain receiving, warehousing, and outbound operations by enforcing programs, policies, and procedures across operations and personnel.
• Communicate closely with internal and external warehouse customers, and report to management and group stakeholders.
• Maintain warehouse condition by planning and implementing new layouts, inspecting equipment, and issuing repair/replacement work orders including automated sorting machinery.
