Job summary

Univar Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to direct daily warehouse and delivery activities in our South Carolina facility. You will ensure accurate filling, packing, shipping, and stock control while upholding safety and regulatory compliance.

You will lead training, monitor equipment, and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and service levels for customers nationwide.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with relevant experience.
• 3–5 years of experience with the company or similar role.
• Ability to read, write, count and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Direct warehousing and delivery operations for efficiency.
• Oversee prompt filling, packing, and shipping of orders.
• Manage receiving, stocking, labeling, and stock protection.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal labeling and shipping laws.
• Control requisitioning of warehouse supplies and equipment.
• Lead fire and safety programs for warehouse staff.
• Assist in recruiting and training warehouse personnel.
• Inspect equipment and facilities to maintain operability.
• Suggest improvements to warehouse methods and procedures.
