Job summary

Continental is seeking a warehouse associate in Clinton, Mississippi. The role supports receiving, storing, and shipping materials, coordinating with production and ensuring accuracy and safety in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.

You will operate a sit-down forklift, perform cycle counts, and help maintain inventory records. The position requires a HS diploma or GED, Work Keys silver level, and the ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Work Keys assessment silver level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality service to internal and external customers.
• Support receipt, storage, tracking, and delivery of raw materials for domestic and international transactions.
• Coordinate with production to verify material delivery schedules and quantities.
• Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, quality, ISO, and corporate policies.
• Perform warehouse operations per Continental Quality Management standards.
• Support inventory accuracy through bin management and cycle counts.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and resolve discrepancies.
• Promote operational excellence by supporting quality, cost, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Maintain 5S and housekeeping standards in warehouse operations.
• Adhere to EHS rules and complete special projects as assigned.
• Achieve Level 3 qualification in warehouse training and cross-train.
• Share knowledge and support training initiatives.
