White Cap is hiring a Warehouse Manager in Charlotte, NC to lead receiving, storage, and shipping operations and to supervise a warehouse team.

You will establish standard and emergency procedures, plan safety and security programs, review orders and forecasts, and schedule deliveries. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and occasional vehicle operation with a routine MVR check. This is a full-time on-site role with growth opportunities.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• MVR check required for vehicle operation.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Spanish language proficiency a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Establish standard and emergency operating procedures for receiving, handling, storing, and shipping of products and materials.
• Plan, develop, and implement warehouse safety and security programs and activities.
• Review work orders, consumption reports, and demand forecasts to estimate peak delivery periods and issue work assignments.
• Lead a team of warehouse personnel engaged in receiving, storing, and shipping products or materials.
• Schedule pickup, delivery, or distribution of products or materials.
• Prepare or direct preparation of reports, and operations maintenance and safety manuals.
• Operate company or personal vehicle with routine MVR checks.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Generally has 5+ years of experience.
