Wesco, a Fortune 250 global distributor, is hiring a Lead Associate in Operations in Texas. You will help direct work, receive, pick, pack, ship, and wire cut, under supervision of the Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Basic problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise when assigned and direct the work of other associates.
• Monitor workflow metrics and coordinate reporting to management.
• Conduct daily safety walks and communicate findings to Supervisors.
• Review complex shipments and staged goods prior to shipping for quality.
