Job summary

Wesco is hiring a Team Lead for our warehouse distribution facility in Georgia. You will supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and wire cutting, while driving safety and efficiency.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in warehouse operations and 1–2 years in a senior role, plus forklift experience. Expect a Monday–Friday shift from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise assigned associates and help direct work.

• Review complex shipments and staging before shipping for quality.
• Update monthly fuel service charges and shipping cost documents.

A Day in The Life of a Lead Associate

As a Lead Associate in Operations, you will be responsible for assisting the Supervisor in directing the work of other associates and job assignments. You will also be responsible for receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and wire cutting.

• Perform supervisory responsibilities when assigned
• Monitor workflow metrics and coordinate reporting to and from management
• Perform daily safety walks and communicate findings to Supervisors
• Review complex shipments and staged goods prior to shipping for quality
• Update monthly fuel service charges and shipping cost documents

Education & Experience
