Performance Food Group is seeking a Warehouse Lead in Oregon to oversee safety, productivity, and efficiency during shifts. You will supervise staff, monitor workflow, and drive continuous improvements to deliver quality service for Core-Mark customers.
The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in warehouse roles, prior lead experience, and strong skills with WMS, Microsoft Office, and data analysis. This position requires physical work in a fast-paced distribution environment and a commitment to safety.
Performance Foodservice, PFG's broadline distributor, maintains a unique relationship with a variety of local customers, including independent restaurants and hotels, healthcare facilities, schools, and quick-service eateries. A team of sales reps, chefs, consultants, and other experts builds close relationships with customers - providing advice on improving operations, menu development, product selection, and operational strategies. As the Warehouse Lead, you are responsible for the overall safety, productivity, and efficiency of employees within their assigned area(s) during the assigned shift. You will oversee employees and monitor workflow to create efficiencies throughout day-to-day operations. You will help lead the culture through ensuring that the warehouse is providing Core-Mark customers with superior service and quality. A successful candidate will have effectively demonstrated an ability to supervise, lead, and communicate effectively to multiple warehouse employees. This individual should possess strong attention to detail, dedication to safety, and drive to provide quality throughout their work.
