Troubleshoots routine mechanical and electrical issues using established procedures. Documents maintenance activities and updates records to ensure accuracy and traceability. Communicates with team members to confirm task requirements and coordinate work activities. Escalates complex equipment or system issues with clear details and supporting observations. Participates in training and knowledge sharing to build technical capability and consistency.
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
3+ years of experience in production operations, manufacturing, supply chain operations, production planning, or a related field required.
Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification, preferred.
ISO 9001 Internal Auditor, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, or equivalent certification preferred.
Interprets technical documents, diagrams, and instructions to perform tasks accurately. Analyzes mechanical and electrical systems to support maintenance and troubleshooting activities. Troubleshoots automated systems including PLC-controlled and computer-based equipment. Applies numerical reasoning to perform calculations supporting operational tasks. Communicates clearly in written and verbal formats to coordinate work and document activities. Collaborates with team members to support maintenance and production objectives. Organizes work activities with attention to detail and prioritization of tasks. Resolves operational and equipment issues using structured problem-solving approaches. Operates independently while managing multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment. Guides and instructs less-experienced team members on standard work practices. Evaluates completed work to ensure alignment with operational and quality requirements. Responds to operational demands with urgency and adaptability. Adapts to changing conditions and supports continuous improvement in work processes. Applies safe work practices when operating tools, equipment, and systems. Identifies safety risks and communicates corrective actions to maintain a safe environment. Utilizes computer systems and standard software tools to support operational activities.
