Cencora Edwardsville, KS is seeking a Lead - Warehouse to join our distribution team. This full-time role supports inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse activities to maintain accurate product movement and timely order fulfillment.

Shift is Monday–Friday, 10am to finish, with hourly pay up to $23.55. The job emphasizes inventory accuracy, shipment preparation, and continuous improvement across receiving, storage, picking, packing, and returns.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Associate's degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in warehouse support or related field.
• CSCP certification preferred.
• Knowledge of receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
• Knowledge of inventory control principles and transaction accuracy.
• Knowledge of warehouse documentation and reporting.
• Strong safety and loss prevention practices.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse activities for accurate order fulfillment.
