Job summary

Cencora is seeking a warehouse support professional in Guthrie, KY to ensure accurate product movement, timely shipments, and inventory integrity. This role supports inbound and outbound activities, with a focus on order fulfillment and stock accuracy.

The position requires 3+ years in warehouse operations, an HS diploma or GED, and knowledge of warehouse processes. CSCP is a plus. This is a full-time, on-site role with exposure to inventory control and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, or related field.
• CSCP certification preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations across receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
• Knowledge of inventory control principles, stock reconciliation, and transaction accuracy.
• Knowledge of shipment preparation, product handling, and storage condition requirements.
• Knowledge of warehouse documentation, record maintenance, and operational reporting.
• Knowledge of safety, loss prevention, and warehouse control practices.
• Ability to review and verify inventory, shipment, and operational data with accuracy.
• Ability to identify, investigate, and resolve routine and moderately complex operational issues.
• Ability to communicate clearly with internal stakeholders on shipment status, stock issues, and operational requirements.
• Ability to organize work across shifting priorities and variable workload demands.
• Ability to support process consistency and continuous improvement within warehouse operations.

Job Details

This role is in support of Cencora’s veterinary and livestock production solutions marketed through our MWI Animal Health business. MWI Animal Health is a leading brand of Cencora, serving animal health markets globally.

Shift Hours: Monday - Friday 10am - Finish. Pay Rate: Up to $23.55
