Job summary

Cencora in Brooks, KY is seeking an experienced maintenance and production operations specialist to support our third party logistics services in the US. The role focuses on maintaining and troubleshooting automated systems, coordinating tasks with the team, and ensuring safe, efficient operations.

We offer shift-based hours (Mon-Thu 12pm-10:30pm or finish) with starting pay of $23.55 per hour plus incentives.

Shift Details

Monday-Thursday 12pm-10:30pm or until Finish.

Pay starting at $23.55 with a variety of earning opportunities including shift differentials and performance incentives.

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required

Skills & Knowledge

• 3+ years of experience in production operations, manufacturing, supply chain operations, production planning, or a related field required.
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), ISO 9001 Internal Auditor, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, or equivalent certifications preferred.
• Able to interpret technical documents, diagrams, and instructions to complete work accurately.
• Capable of analyzing mechanical and electrical systems to support maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Experienced in troubleshooting automated systems, including PLC-controlled and computer-based equipment.
• Applies numerical reasoning and basic calculations to support daily operational tasks.
• Communicates clearly in both written and verbal formats to coordinate work and document activities.
• Works collaboratively with team members to support maintenance and production goals.
• Organizes work effectively with strong attention to detail and task prioritization.
• Uses structured problem-solving skills to resolve operational and equipment-related issues.
• Able to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Provides guidance and instruction to less-experienced team members on standard work practices.
