Job summary

Nightwing is seeking a Principal Senior Vulnerability Research Engineer to advance zero-day vulnerability discovery and analysis. You will use advanced systems to analyze, design, and identify programmatic behaviors, and develop, test, and debug software applications related to vulnerability techniques.

The role requires deep knowledge of software development and strong skills in C/C++/Python, with experience in program analysis, reverse engineering, and debugging tools.

Qualifications

• Requires 12 years with a BA or 10 years with an MS in CS or related field.
• Solid understanding of software development and knowledge in C, C++, or Python.
• Experience with program analysis, reverse engineering, and debugging tools (IDA Pro, Ghidra, GDB, WinDbg).
• Knowledge of Windows or Linux.
• Clearance TS/SCI CI Poly Preferred

Responsibilities

• Use advanced systems to find zero-day vulnerabilities and analyze programmatic behaviors.
• Research data and provide new design ideas for vulnerability techniques.
• Understand terms like debugging and fuzzing and apply them to work.
