Job summary

Bosch Group in Lincolnton, NC seeks a Process Technician to support setups, changeovers and autonomous maintenance of production machines. You will diagnose basic issues, assist with changeovers, and train new operators to meet KPI targets. Strong mechanical aptitude and safety discipline are required.

The role offers a hands-on environment within a 5-shift operation, with opportunities to grow in automation, HMIs and CNC offsets while contributing to high-quality, on-time production.

Qualifications

• Mechanical skills, attention to detail and quality.
• Blueprint reading, precision measuring.
• Lockout & Tagout
• Understanding of HMIs
• CNC programs and offsets
• Applies theories, concepts, principles, and techniques to varied tasks or situations of somewhat difficult nature.

Responsibilities

• Assist Process Technician with Setups, Changeovers, defined Autonomous Maintenance and tuning of the machines.
• When required operate machines to ensure our KPI’s are met.
• Diagnose and repair of Hard metal handling issues, basic welding issues
• Assist Technician with Set Ups and Changeovers
• Train new operators, assist operators as needed
• Change Grinding wheels
