Qualifications

• Skilled in video production, photography, visual communications, journalism, new media, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience producing high-quality photography and video from concept through final delivery to digital, print, and/or social media platforms.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, and After Effects or other professional photo and video editing software.
• Experience managing organizational social media accounts and developing platform-specific content.
• Experience with professional camera systems, lighting, and audio equipment.

Responsibilities

• Produce multimedia content from concept to completion.
• Identify storytelling opportunities and capture photography and video in diverse settings.
• Edit content for multiple platforms and create short-form social videos, reels, and promotional content.
• Oversee day-to-day management and growth of the college’s social media channels; develop platform-specific strategies and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, students, and university partners to develop visual stories supporting strategic communications and public engagement.
