The role requires hands-on shooting/editing, a strong editorial eye, and strong collaboration with marketing and creative leads to maintain a premium brand aesthetic in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equiv. experience.
• Hands-on content role experience, ideally in experiential/consumer brands.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in photography and videography.
• Advanced proficiency shooting and editing for social/digital platforms.
• Strong command of creative tools including Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Canva, Frame.io).
• Exceptional visual taste and a strong sense of composition, pacing, color, and brand storytelling.
• Deep understanding of social-first creative and what performs across channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of high-quality photo and video content for social, digital, email, paid media, partnerships, PR moments, OOH, and in-experience marketing needs.
• Concept, shoot, edit, and deliver content that is visually compelling, on-brand, and optimized for performance across channels.
• Capture content at experiences, events, activations, and brand moments with strong composition, lighting, movement, and storytelling.
• Edit short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and broader marketing needs.
• Photograph products, experiences, guests, events, and branded moments to elevate the brand’s visual identity.
• Coordinate with external freelancers and production partners as needed.
• Maintain asset libraries and organize content files for easy team access.
