Anthem Content LLC is seeking an experienced shooter-editor to lead production projects in Houston. You will direct on set, interview executives and subject-matter experts, and run camera, lighting, and audio in the field and studio.

Half time on shoots and half on editing with the post-production team. You’ll own shoot execution from call time to wrap, manage on-set client experiences, and deliver polished edits with Premiere Pro.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of professional shooting and editing experience, including directing on set.
• Deep command of cinema cameras (Sony FX line strongly preferred), lighting, and audio in studio and field.
• Strong interviewer who draws out a good story with non-actors.
• Ability to deliver a finished edit with expert-level Premiere Pro skills.
• Polished, confident client-facing presence with executives on site.
• Comfort wearing PPE and following site safety requirements on industrial environments.
• Willingness to travel for shoots, typically 0–2 times per month for 1–2 days.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs of production gear.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Lead shoot execution with a small 2–3 person crew on location.
• Direct on set and conduct on-camera interviews with executives and experts.
• Run camera, lighting, and audio for field and studio shoots.
• Handle in-house studio and podcast sessions.
• Maintain calm, professional client experience and keep shoots on schedule.
• Carry edits from raw footage to finished deliverables.
• Assist pre-production by shaping creative and production approach.
