Timberline Veterinary Emergency and Specialty (TVES) in Seattle, WA seeks an Internal Medicine Specialist to lead our IM service, collaborate with ER and referring vets, and drive advanced diagnostics and case management. You will mentor the IM team, participate in rounds, and contribute to clinical trials and ongoing education.

The role offers a substantial base plus production, stock appreciation rights, and a pathway to equity within our expanding, locally owned hospital.

Qualificações

• DVM or VMD degree from an accredited veterinary college.
• Board certification in Emergency and Critical Care Medicine (ACVIM) is required or in good standing.
• Washington state veterinary license and DEA license are required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Internal Medicine service and oversee patient care.
• Participate in morning ICU rounds and hospital rounds.
• Mentor IM team and support staff development.
• Collaborate with referring veterinarians for continuity of care.
• Engage in clinical trials and continuing education for team.
• Communicate costs, plans, and progress with clients daily.
