The position offers a competitive base salary with monthly production compensation, a $50K sign-on bonus, no negative accrual, and a monthly Lead DVM stipend. Flexible full-time scheduling is also available.

Qualifications

• Experienced small animal veterinarian comfortable practicing independently.
• Strong communicator who enjoys supporting and developing other doctors.
• Collaborative and approachable leadership style.
• Comfortable with a mix of general practice and urgent care cases.
• Interest in helping shape hospital culture, medical standards, and continued growth.
• Previous leadership experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate.
