This position will play a key role in project coordination and delivery through the implementation of Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) and Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes. The successful candidate will work across engineering, design, construction, and project teams to establish BIM workflows, coordinate multidisciplinary models, identify and resolve conflicts, and improve project execution through advanced modeling and reality-capture technologies.
Experience supporting semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, data center, pharmaceutical, cleanroom, or other complex industrial facilities is highly desirable.

Base Salary: $88,000–$115,000/year, depending on experience, location, certifications, and project complexity.
