Qualifications

• Previous coaching experience, preferably at high school, collegiate, or professional level.
• Thorough knowledge of soccer rules, regulations, strategies, and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and lead all practices, games, and team activities for the varsity program.
• Create comprehensive schedule for the season in compliance with NCS & CIF rules.
• Instruct athletes in fundamental skills and physical training.
• Serve as a role model and guide student-athletes in moral value formulation.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
• Assist Admissions Department with potential incoming 9th-grade students.
• Manage team logistics and ensure athletes' safety at all times.
• Represent school program at special activities and oversee social media account.
• Manage program budget in partnership with Athletic Director.
• Support the school's academic, spiritual, and social mission.
