The ideal candidate has a degree in Electrical/Electronic or Mechatronics Engineering, 4-5 years of relevant testing experience, strong problem-solving skills, and is fluent in English. Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in testing, preferably in validation within the automotive industry.
• Ability to identify and solve complex engineering problems.
• Experience in project management related to test equipment and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage Validation Process activities from product design to production launch.
• Analyze test data against requirements and support Start Center activities.
• Create validation test procedures using various methods.
