Lead Valet Attendant ($10 - $12/hour + tips) - Home 2 Suites by Hilton Indianapolis Downtown

Join Towne Park as a Lead Valet Attendant at the Home 2 Suites by Hilton Indianapolis Downtown. This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $10 - $12 plus tips.

Job Overview

As a Lead Valet Attendant, your responsibilities include providing exceptional guest service by parking and retrieving vehicles, assisting guests with directions and inquiries, and leading by example to ensure high standards of hospitality. You will also coordinate with team members and support the management in daily operations.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 18 years old
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to drive manual transmission
  • Six months of related experience preferred
Work Schedule & Benefits

The typical shift runs from 7am to 3pm or 3pm to 11pm. Benefits include accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine, and 401k plans, subject to eligibility.

Responsibilities
  1. Greet and assist guests promptly, maintaining a friendly demeanor.
  2. Park and retrieve vehicles safely, checking for damages and issuing claim checks.
  3. Assist guests with directions, reservations, and inquiries, maintaining detailed facility knowledge.
  4. Lead and coordinate team activities, assign roles, and support staff during shifts.
  5. Manage vehicle claim processes, cash handling, and shift documentation accurately.
  6. Uphold confidentiality and security standards, including HIPAA compliance where applicable.
Physical & Working Conditions

This position involves outdoor work in various weather conditions, physical activity including lifting up to 100 pounds, and extended periods of standing or walking.
