Job summary

Epic in Madison, WI is seeking a UX Designer to lead experience and visual design for multiple development teams. You will meet with end-users to understand their needs, research workflows, and observe applications in context.

You’ll collaborate with developers to craft intuitive applications with strong information architecture. From sketches to wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes, you’ll demonstrate ideas across finish levels and drive joyful design.

Qualifications

• Solid portfolio demonstrating strong user experience and visual design skills.
• Education or experience in user-centered design techniques.
• Bachelor's degree or greater.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Lead experience and visual design for several development teams.
