The role offers advanced diagnostics, 24-hour hospitalization support, and visiting specialists, with a base salary of $130,000–$160,000 plus production, plus comprehensive benefits and NVA resources.

Qualifications

• Experienced veterinarian with leadership experience in a high-volume setting.
• Ability to guide medical standards and mentor staff.
• Comfortable maintaining clinical autonomy within a large hospital.
