Responsibilities

Lead biologic upstream process development for first-in-human and commercial processes.
Provide technical direction for process development, characterization, commercialization, and regulatory filing support.
Advance upstream platform process strategy and drive process improvement initiatives.
Initiate collaborations to explore new technologies and industry strategies.
Mentor junior scientists and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
