Job summary

Learning Care Group in Parker, Texas is seeking a State Pre‑K Lead Teacher to plan, assess, and instruct based on each child’s needs and program requirements. You will drive curriculum, manage the classroom, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines while building strong relationships with families.

The State Pre‑K Lead Teacher is responsible for all aspects of planning, assessing and instructing based on the needs of each child, and the requirements of the program. We want change makers who never stop being curious, inventive, and open‑hearted to prepare children for Kindergarten and beyond.

As a Lead Pre‑K Teacher, you'll:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Family Studies or related degree
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation ($25.56-26.55 hourly) based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi‑weekly and Daily Pay options.
• Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA) provided for full‑time employees, Limited medical offered for part‑time workers
• Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification, 401K (plus company match), life and disability insurance and child care discount available to all employees
• All employees in Colorado are eligible for paid sick leave, as required by the Healthy Families Work Act. Full‑time employees are provided with 48 hours upon hire and annually each fiscal year thereafter. Part‑time and temporary employees earn paid sick leave based upon hours worked.
