Primoris Distribution Services, Inc is seeking an experienced Gas Foreman to lead underground natural gas construction crews in Balch Springs, Texas. You will coordinate daily field operations, direct crew members, monitor productivity, and ensure all work is completed safely and to requirements.

The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of underground gas distribution, and the ability to read plans and work with customers, inspectors, and subcontractors.

Qualifikationen

• Proven field leadership in underground gas or utility construction.
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, maps, and specs.

Aufgaben

• Lead and supervise crews performing underground natural gas construction, maintenance, and repair work.
• Plan daily work activities and assign tasks based on project needs and crew capabilities.
• Conduct daily safety meetings, job briefings, and pre-job hazard assessments.
• Ensure compliance with company, customer, OSHA, DOT, and pipeline-safety requirements.
• Coordinate installation, maintenance, testing, and repair of underground gas distribution systems.
• Monitor progress, productivity, and adherence to schedules.
