Job summary

Your role involves setting standards, performing quality audits, and collaborating closely with clinical and engineering teams. This position demands a credentialed sonographer with strong knowledge of sonoanatomy and the ability to work onsite.

Qualifications

• Credentialed sonographer with hands-on clinical ultrasound experience.
• Strong knowledge of sonoanatomy and image interpretation across relevant body systems.
• Able to work onsite full-time in Cambridge, MA.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, train, or supervise a team or junior staff.
• Detail-oriented with a high standard for data accuracy and consistency.
• Must be a US citizen or Green Card holder.
• Familiarity with data labeling platforms and quality-control workflows is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor an onsite team of data annotators.
• Define, document, and maintain annotation protocols and quality standards.
• Perform expert review of annotations for complex anatomy.
• Conduct quality assurance audits for consistent datasets.
• Train new annotators on sonoanatomy and scanning conventions.
• Collaborate with engineering and clinical teams for annotation guidelines.
• Provide clinical input on dataset curation and model evaluation.
