VALIANT TECHNOLOGIES LLC is seeking a senior frontend-focused software engineer in Austin, TX. The role emphasizes strong application design, exceptional collaboration, and leadership across a large development team.

The candidate will contribute to dynamic user interfaces with React.js, TypeScript, and modern web tech, while leveraging agile practices and secure, resilient design. Experience with testing libraries and CI/CD is essential.

• A strong understanding of Application Design and the ability to collaborate in a team.
• Formal training or certification in software engineering with 10+ years of applied experience.
• Hands-on frontend development using React.js for dynamic user interfaces.
• Deep expertise in HTML, CSS, JS, React, TypeScript and state management.
• Experience on large teams maintaining and debugging code throughout the SDLC.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, best practices, and Agile methodologies.
• Advanced understanding of Agile practices including resiliency and security.
• Experience delivering system design, development, testing, and operations.
• Ability to identify memory and performance bottlenecks and optimize.
• Proficient with Generative AI and modern web technologies.
• Experience with CLI, Git workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Jest/Vitest and React Testing Library

• A strong understanding of Application Design is essential, along with the ability to thrive in a team environment through exceptional technical contributions, communication, and collaboration
• A firm understanding of Application Design is required for this role, along with the ability to excel in a team through outstanding technical contributions, communication, and partnership
• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 10+ years applied experience
• Hands on Frontend Development experience utilizing React.js to make dynamic user interfaces
• Deep expertise of HTML, CSS, and JS, React, Typescript, and state management
• Experience working on a large team of developers in a developing, debugging, and maintaining code
• Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle, including knowledge of industry standard software best practices, development lifecycle processes and Agile tools and methodologies
• Advanced understanding of agile methodologies such as Application Resiliency, and Security
• Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development , testing, and operational stability
• Solid understanding of improving and debugging memory and performance bottlenecks
• Strong knowledge in Generative AI and cutting-edge web technologies
• Experienced in using the CLI, git workflow, and CI / CD
• Hands on experience with Jest / Vitest and React Testing Library
