Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Lead Production Technician to join our manufacturing team at Anduril Frontier Systems in Costa Mesa, CA. You will lead a team of technicians to produce UAS for strategic military and commercial customers, applying hands-on hardware assembly, troubleshooting, and repair.

The role requires 3+ years in production manufacturing, strong leadership, experience with ERP/MES systems (NetSuite, JIRA, SQL, Tableau), and the ability to read mechanical drawings and build

Qualifications

3+ years in production-oriented manufacturing or electro-mechanical technician fields.
Experience leading a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Experience with ERP/MES systems (NetSuite, JIRA, SQL, Tableau).

Responsibilities

Lead technician staff in production and delivery of UAS through factory acceptance.
Apply advanced hardware assembly, troubleshooting, and repair skills on the line.
Ensure safety procedures and standard work are followed; audit for safety and efficiency.
Maintain daily records and report production progress, blockers, and risks.
Train new operators and support continuous improvement and 5S activities.
