Job summary

System One is seeking a User Activity Monitor (UAM) Engineer for an onsite role in Lorton, VA. The position is contract to hire and requires Top Secret/SCI clearance eligibility with a pay rate of $80.50–$96.15 per hour on W2.

Duties include supporting the UAM software lifecycle, maintenance, documentation, and stakeholder training to ensure enterprise-wide coverage and effective configuration management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or Master's with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Prior leadership responsibilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience developing and maintaining technical documents, analyses, and reports.
• Experience presenting briefings to senior customer management and stakeholders.
• Experience with User Activity Monitoring products and platforms (e.g., EverFox).
• Ability to obtain DHS EOD TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support the User Activity Monitor Software solution, executing updates, changes, deployments, and sustainment activities.
• Support UAM maintenance activities to ensure proper functionality and deployment throughout the enterprise.
• Ensure all coverage gaps are resolved.
• Assist ITP analysts with requests for new configurations, feeds, and other UAM updates.
• Support all documentation to capture the configuration baseline.
• Assist in training stakeholders on the usage of the UAM tool and implement a certification program.
