Job summary

Chesterbrook Academy is seeking an energetic Lead Qualified Two Year-Old Teacher to join our growing early childhood team. Our toddler program aims to spark curiosity, build confidence, and support development through discovery and play.

You’ll create a safe, engaging classroom where children can explore and build independence, while partnering with families and collaborating with co-teachers for an exceptional learning experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old and meet state licensing requirements.
• CDA or 60 semester hours in Child Development/Child Care or AA/BA in ECE required.
• Prior experience in a licensed childcare center preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be able to work Monday through Friday 9:00am–6:00pm.
• A passion for early learning, creativity, and helping children develop skills.

Chesterbrook Academy is seeking an energetic and nurturing Lead Qualified Two Year-Old Teacher to join our growing early childhood education team! Our toddler program is designed to spark curiosity, build confidence, and support every child’s development through discovery and play.

As a Twos Teacher, you’ll create a safe and engaging classroom where children can explore the world around them while building independence and essential early learning skills.

What You’ll Do

• Foster a warm and consistent classroom routine that helps the children feel secure and confident.
• Build positive partnerships with families through open, ongoing communication.
• Work collaboratively with co-teachers and school leaders to ensure an exceptional learning experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years of age and meet state licensing requirements.
• CDA OR at least 60 semester hours with 6 credits in Child Development, Child Care required OR AA degree/Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education required
• Prior experience in a licensed childcare center preferred.
• Must be able to work Monday through Friday 9:00am-6:00pm
• A passion for early learning, creativity, and helping children discover new skills each day.
• Authorization to work in the United States
