Job summary

Wright Tree Service is hiring a Crew Leader to coach a tree crew and ensure safe, efficient work on site. You will allocate tasks, supervise operations, and enforce OSHA and company safety standards while maintaining quality and customer relations.

The role requires prior experience in tree trimming/clearing, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience on tree trimming/clearing crews or completed skills assessments.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Valid CPR/First-Aid cards or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coach crew to meet production goals and safety standards.
• Identify hazards and ensure OSHA compliance on site.
• Coordinate equipment use, traffic control, and job site safety.
• Maintain records of hours, work orders, and costs.
