Taylor'd Trades, Inc. is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to lead on-site operations for large commercial construction projects. This role requires relocation to project sites, frequent travel, and oversight from mobilization to turnover.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of field leadership in commercial construction, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage safety, quality, and schedules across multiple trades while maintaining clear communication with the Project Manager.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of superintendent or comparable field-leadership experience in commercial construction.
• Hands-on experience leading ground-up commercial projects from site development through turnover.
• Ability to travel and stay on-site for multiple consecutive weeks as assignments require.

Responsabilidades

• Direct day-to-day field operations for ground-up and large-scale commercial construction projects.
• Organize site activities, manpower, deliveries, and trade coordination to maintain productive workflow.
• Review drawings, specs, submittals, and project schedules to confirm field execution matches project requirements.
• Coordinate subcontractors and hold trade partners accountable for schedule, quality, safety, and scope compliance.
• Inspect installed work and materials to identify deficiencies and ensure corrective action.
• Coordinate required inspections with officials and authorities having jurisdiction.
• Monitor milestone dates and short-term schedules, communicating needs and delays.
• Lead the process for final inspections, occupancy approvals, and other project sign-offs.
• Create, distribute, and drive completion of punch-lists through final turnover.
• Conduct weekly site safety meetings and reinforce safe work practices.
