Platinum Dental Services is seeking a Traveling Lead Endodontic Dental Assistant to join our team. Travel to Chandler, Scottsdale, and Prescott areas is involved with a base schedule and potential for additional days.

The role combines lead responsibilities with traveling duties, ensuring clinical excellence and a smooth patient experience. The candidate should have Endodontic dental assisting experience, be X-ray certified, and possess strong communication and organizational skills to support

Qualifications

• Experience as a dental assistant in a specialty such as Endodontics.
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods.
• Understanding of health & safety regulations.
• Coronal polishing is a plus.
• Good computer skills.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and organization.
• Well-organized and reliable.
• X-ray certified.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients to the dental office.
• Prepare patients for treatments.
• Select and set up instruments, equipment, and materials needed.
• Sterilize instruments according to regulations.
• Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry.
• Undertake lab tasks as instructed.
• Provide post-operative care instructions.
• Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked.
• Schedule appointments.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
