• Collaborate with leadership on technical goals and oversee engineering work.
• Act as a technical lead during all phases of project lifecycle.
• Manage performance of engineering service providers and develop KPIs.
• Develop engineering controls and quality assurance standards.
• Support business development efforts by participating in client meetings.

Skills

10+ years of experience in electric utility industry

Strong technical expertise in structural, civil, or electrical engineering

Education
