Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of workforce management scheduling and forecasting software experience.
• 4–6 years of inbound contact center experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze and interpret forecasts to ensure accuracy and staffing across sites.
• Provide intraday insights on contact volume and handle time using real-time data.
• Adjust daily forecasts to match staffing requirements and optimize occupancy.
