We are seeking a Lead Traffic Engineer to join our team in the Ohio area and serve as our Traffic Engineering Leader in any Ohio office. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys leading and managing technical teams to mentor and grow a high‑performing staff team. Verdantas’ team is well‑positioned for growth and is seeking a positive, engaging leader to expand our traffic and transportation services throughout the region. The Lead Traffic Engineer will have demonstrated leadership and technical experience in Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) and municipal projects. Shaping our communities and infrastructure by leveraging their skills and through their commitment to the client and the team, our employees will experience a fulfilling and enriching professional career through our organizational focus on People, Sustainability, and Technology.
The starting salary for this position is $110,000, with final compensation determined based on qualifications, experience, and licensing status.
