Job summary

City National Bank of Florida is seeking a Trade Payables and Receivables Operations Specialist Lead in Miami to manage end-to-end trade finance programs, from onboarding to funding and servicing. You will drive accuracy, compliance, and cross-team coordination to support scalable operations and risk controls.

The role requires deep experience in loan operations, trade finance workflows, and platform integrations, with collaboration across Product, Credit, Compliance, and Technology.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in banking ops with trade/payables and working capital experience.
• 2-4 years in process improvement, control execution, or risk activities.
• Strong understanding of loan operations and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day processing and servicing for trade finance programs end-to-end.
• Coordinate onboarding, booking, funding, servicing and transitions between stages.
• Validate documentation and system records for accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee post-funding servicing, repayments, payoff and closures.
• Perform reconciliations across platforms and resolve data discrepancies.
• Contribute to risk governance, reports, and audit readiness.
