With a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and strong communication skills, you will collaborate across departments and support new product introductions. The position offers a salary of $100,000 annually plus bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in tooling, manufacturing engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of supervisory or lead experience managing technical teams in a production environment.
• Proficient in KPI tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the tooling department to meet sustaining and maintenance needs.
• Provide technical leadership in tooling design and process optimization.
• Manage daily activities of tooling technicians and adjust workloads.
• Collaborate with engineering, production and quality to resolve issues.

Skills

Communication skills for coordination and reporting to leadership

Knowledge of hard and soft tooling processes

Education

Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline

Tools

CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, CATIA, MasterCAM, Siemens NX)
