Job summary

The Gardner School of Ashburn is seeking a lead teacher to guide a toddler and two's classroom with creativity, care, and excellence. You will mentor assistant teachers and model The Gardner School’s core values: Children First, Trust, Innovation, and Make a Difference.

In this role you will plan engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons, maintain a safe and joyful environment, and build strong relationships with families while contributing to a growing, privately owned preschool network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in ECE or CDA (required).
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• 2+ years of early childhood education experience (lead or co-lead preferred).
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
