Qualifications

• Minimum of a CDA (Associate’s in Early Childhood preferred).
• CPR & First Aid Certification (we’ll provide if needed).
• Bloodborne Pathogen Training before starting (provided if needed).
• Love for teaching and strong commitment.
• Ability to plan, organize, and implement program activities.
• Strong communication skills.
• Team player mindset.

Responsibilities

• Run a classroom, build routines, and keep things fun and engaging.
• Lead dance parties and structured learning activities.
• Teach life skills like sharing, cleaning up, and using words.
• Help toddlers navigate BIG emotions and answer 'why' questions.
