The Goddard School of Hillsborough is seeking a warm, enthusiastic Lead Toddler Teacher to join our team. You will create a safe, loving classroom where every child and family feels valued and supported.

Plan engaging activities using the Wonder of Learning curriculum, foster social-emotional development, and build strong relationships with families. This full-time role offers growth and a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in childcare or preschool setting required.
• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education required.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to meet state training requirements and lift up to 50 lbs.

Schedule:

Full-time, 40 hours per week, with shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
